December 1, Class Pictures

Here is our desert of the evening, Sutlu Irmik Tatlisi (Semolina Puding). You can serve it with chocolate, nuts, or fruit, whichever is available or preferred.

The Pumpkin and Beef Rolls are delicious and highly recommended.

Kisir is a very popular comfort food in the Turkish culture. Goes well with tea and friendly company.

We discussed the history of Ali Nazik or Eli Nazik Kebabi from Gaziantep in the southern eastern part of Turkey.

We had an incredibly sweet and patient learner in our class, even if she would not taste them.

We worked hard together.

Finally the table is set.

Ready to go.

We enjoyed the food and conversation together.

Another very sweet and handsome learner tasted and commented on the Turkish food. Is it really Kisir or Couscous?
