We will have classes every Saturday for 3 more weeks to go (3/15,3/22,3/29). We will post our menus and ingredients before classes in our blog which is atfacookingclass.blogspot.com. Also we will give paper which is include all recipes we teach before the classes. Cost is $15 for per class. We will be very happy to see you in our

The 4th of Turkish Cooking Classes was held on March 1st, Saturday, at 5 pm. at ATFA. We had russian salad, kumpir (Stuffed Baked Potato), spinach and feta turkish gozleme , zeytın yaglı yaprak Sarması (Grape Leaves Stuffed with Rice), makaroon and also baklava (did not demonstrated just for serving). Guests enjoyed having hands-on experience with making Gozleme and grape leaves stuffed.
Kumpir (Stuffed Baked Potato) with Russian Salad 3
large potatoes, boiled 2 medium carrot, boiled 2 eggs, boiled 1 can of sweet
peas 1 large fresh cucumber 2 pickled cucumbers dill and parsley, finely
chopped ½ tsp salt 4 tbsp mayonnaise
Spinach and Feta Turkish Gozleme
Dough: 3 cups of
1 3/4 tsp of yeast
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 1/4 cups of warm
Extra virgin olive oil
Spinach and Feta Filling
200g fresh spinach,
300g of regular feta, crumbled

The 3th of Turkish Cooking Classes was held on February 22nd, Saturday, at 5 pm. at ATFA. We had crepe Kebab (Manisa Kebab), Red Lentil Soup (Mercimek corbasi), Beet Salad with Yogurt (Yogurtlu Pancar), Fig Cake (Incirli Pasta), And we serve Sapsuka as a chef surprise. Guests enjoyed having hands-on experience with making Manisa kebab.
