Turkish Cooking Class #2 Ingredients

 Baked Cabbage with Ground Meat (Firinda Kiymali Lahana)
1 small white cabbage
2 carrots
1 onion
half of red bell pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
shredded mazerella cheese for top
salt, pepper

Turkish Pastry with different Stuffing (Pogaca)
One pack of dinner roll
feta cheese and parsley
fillings are optinal

Feta Cheese 
4 red peppers, roasted
4 green onions
1 cup feta cheese
1-2 tbsp walnut, roughly chopped
handful flat leaf parsley, chopped
olive oil
lemon juice

Toasted Bread Desert (Etimek Tatlisi)
750 ml milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cream cheese
vanilla powder

Syrup: 2.5 cups brown sugar

Turkish cooking class #2

This week menu:
-Baked Cabbage with Ground Meat (Fırında Kıymalı Lahana)
-Feta Cheese Stuffed Roasted Red Pepper (Peynirli Kırmızı Biber Sarma)
-Toasted Bread Dessert (Etimek Tatlısı)
-Turkish Pastry With Different Stuff (easy way with dinner roll) (Pogaca)

Cooking Classes every Saturday from 5pm to 8pm for 5 weeks, (4/12, 4/19/ 4/26, 5/3, 5/10). You can attend all classes or any class you want..
Classes are $15 per person.

Turkish Cooking Class #1

ATFA women club organized the new session of Turkish Cooking Classes on April 12th, Saturday, at 4 pm. This week menu:
-Veggie Bulgur Salad (Kisir) 
-Phyllo Pastry Burek with Beef (Kiymali Borek)
-Riddled Dessert (Kalburabasti)
-Fruit Compote (Komposto) Cooking Classes every saturday from 4pm to 7pm for 5 weeks (4/12, 4/19/ 4/26, 5/3, 5/10).Classes are $15 per person, discounted package for a entire classes subscription and for younger than 16 years old cook lovers. All levels are welcome.
