Turkish Cooking Class #2 Ingredients

 Baked Cabbage with Ground Meat (Firinda Kiymali Lahana)
1 small white cabbage
2 carrots
1 onion
half of red bell pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
shredded mazerella cheese for top
salt, pepper

Turkish Pastry with different Stuffing (Pogaca)
One pack of dinner roll
feta cheese and parsley
fillings are optinal

Feta Cheese 
4 red peppers, roasted
4 green onions
1 cup feta cheese
1-2 tbsp walnut, roughly chopped
handful flat leaf parsley, chopped
olive oil
lemon juice

Toasted Bread Desert (Etimek Tatlisi)
750 ml milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cream cheese
vanilla powder

Syrup: 2.5 cups brown sugar
