The 4th of Turkish Cooking Classes was held on March 1st, Saturday, at 5 pm. at ATFA. We had russian salad, kumpir (Stuffed Baked Potato), spinach and feta turkish gozleme
, zeytın yaglı yaprak Sarması (Grape Leaves Stuffed with Rice), makaroon and also baklava (did not demonstrated just for serving). Guests enjoyed having hands-on experience with making Gozleme and grape leaves stuffed.
