The 1st session of ATFA Cooking Classes organized on Saturday, February 1st, 2014. The menu were pastry kebab (Mulfoylu Kebab), bulgur pilaf, shepherd salad, sweet cookies and cocoa cookies (sekerpare and islak kurabiye) and rice pudding as a chef surprise. After learning the details how to make these dishes, guests enjoyed having hands-on experience with making cookies and they enjoyed the delicious meals served with warm conversations in a friendly environment at ATFA.
