The 3th of Turkish Cooking Classes was held on February 22nd, Saturday, at 5 pm. at ATFA. We had crepe Kebab (Manisa Kebab), Red Lentil Soup (Mercimek corbasi), Beet Salad with Yogurt (Yogurtlu Pancar), Fig Cake (Incirli Pasta), And we serve Sapsuka as a chef surprise. Guests enjoyed having hands-on experience with making Manisa kebab.
