Third week ingredients..

 Crepe Kebab (Manisa Kebabı)

1.5 cup cooked and shredded chicken meat

1-pint mushrooms

1 small bell pepper, chopped in cubes

2 tomatos

1 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp tomato paste
Salt, oregano

Crepe:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup flour
1 & ¼ cup milk

Kırmızı Mercemek Çorbası (Red Lentil soup)
1 medium onion, chopped

1 large potato, chopped

1 carrot, chopped

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 cup red lentil, washed and drained

6-7 cups hot water (you can add 1 cube of beef bouillon)

1 tbsp salt

 Pinch of dry mint (optional)


Beet Salad with Yogurt (Yoğurtlu Şeker Pancer)
4 medium beets, steamed or boiled

1-cup yogurt

3 cloves garlic

3 Tbsp olive oil
salt


Fig Cake (Incir Pastası)
6 dried figs, soaked in water and chopped

1 cup walnuts, chopped

½ cup sugar

4 eggs

1 tsp baking powder


Syrup: ½ cup boiling water, ½ cup sugar, 1 Tbsp instant coffee

    1. I used to live in Fairfax, but now I'm in Orlando. Is there a way for me to get the ingredients and the directions after your class is finished? I understand that you don't want to give them out before but how about after? The Turkish Center here no longer teaches classes because of a problem with the kitchen. The list of ingredients your email me look so good but without the directions I can't make the dishes. Thanks for your consideration. I still make the Macluba (sp?) I learned at one of your classes.
