Eighth Cooking Class Menu..

Dear Friends,
The next class of Turkish Cooking Classes will be held on March the 29th, Saturday, at 5 pm. at ATFA. We will have:
-Özbek Pilavı (Uzbek Pilaf)

-Zeytın Yağlı Enginar Salatası (Artichoke Salad with Olive Oil)
-Un (Saray) Helvası
-Ezme Salad or dipping sauce
-Simit (Turkish bagel) 

We will have last class before one week break. We will give paper which is include all recipes we teach before the classes. 
Cost is $15 for per class. We will be very happy to see you in our
classes. Please RSVP. If you have more question please do not hesitate to
