Fourth week ingredients..

Kumpir (Stuffed Baked Potato) with Russian Salad

3 large potatoes, boiled

2 medium carrot, boiled
2 eggs, boiled

1 can of sweet peas

1 large fresh cucumber
2 pickled cucumbers
dill and parsley, finely chopped

½ tsp salt

4 tbsp mayonnaise

Spinach and Feta Turkish Gozleme

Dough: 
3 cups of all-purpose flour

1 3/4 tsp of yeast

2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 1/4 cups of warm water

Extra virgin olive oil


Spinach and Feta Filling

200g fresh spinach, chopped

300g of regular feta, crumbled



Zeytın Yaglı Yaprak Sarması (Grape Leaves Stuffed with Rice)
1 cup rice

1 onion, chopped

1 cup parsley, chopped

1 can diced tomatoes

½ lemon, sliced

4 Tbsp olive oil

Salt, pepper

200 gr (1/2 lb) grape leaves, fresh/ preserved



Makaroon
1 packet shredded coconut
1 can condensed milk
Almonds (optional)
