Eighth Cooking Class Photos..

The 8th of Turkish Cooking Classes was held on  March 29th, Saturday, at 5 pm. at ATFA. We had Özbek Pilavı (Uzbek Pilaf)
, Zeytın Yağlı Enginar Salatası (Artichoke Salad with Olive Oil), Un (Saray) Helvası, Ezme Salad or dipping sauce, Simit (Turkish bagel)Guests enjoyed having hands-on experience with making Simit and we had a great time..
